All Betty Anderson Jewelry pieces are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months (1-year) from the delivery date. Our jewelry is made from durable and long-lasting materials, but they are not indestructible and require maintenance.

Hitting and lifting solid and heavy objects can damage your jewelry and break gemstones such as diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, among others.

Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, misuse or damage, regardless of the cause. Discoloration due to contact with aggressive chemicals, deformed pieces, or lost center stones is not covered, nor is improper handling or external impacts (e.g., dents, dings, or pressure). Similarly, the jewelry should not be altered, manipulated, or repaired by any service provider other than Betty Anderson Jewelry.

The warranty is granted to the original buyer of the product and is not transferable. All warranty claims are subject to verification by the Betty Anderson´s team. The item(s) must be classified as defective by our production department. In the event that the warranty is applicable, the decision regarding the next steps (exchange, repair, or other) depends on each individual case and will be discussed with the buyer of the product.
